SERVICES WHY AN EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT CLIENT COMMENTS MEDIA OFFICE LOCATIONS SITE MAP CONTACT

"You have been absolutely indispensable in the process. You helped Marcie make the necessary decisions, provided vital information and insights, got her to do the paperwork done on time, assisted her with the formulation, concepts, and revisions of the essays, and kept her focused and smiling.

None of this would have been done as effectively, efficiently, and with such good humor, without you." -H.L.

Why An Educational Consultant

Our goal is to help students choose colleges that meet their goals for educational, personal, and social development.

Recognizing the complexity, expense, tension, and seriousness involved with planning a student’s education, students and families look to us for expert knowledge and individual attention.

We are aware of a full range of colleges and we visit continually to update our knowledge of campuses and of admission practices.

We have time to explore options for each client personally and individually. Because we are independent of schools and colleges, we are not burdened with unrelated duties and are available at times other than the school year and school hours.

We accept no compensation from schools or colleges; our sole concern is the welfare of the student and family.

We provide an informed, objective atmosphere for an honest, realistic discussion of the student's strengths and weaknesses as well as educational objectives, choices, and plans.

We give you and your student help weighing college selection factors such as cost, location, and curriculum, and we offer advice regarding the nature of the admission process.

Empathic consulting can help students define goals and develop feelings of self-worth.

Often students respond to the interest of an expert outside the family circle and catch fire as they begin to put priority on their own education and find the job more manageable.

"You have such a warm sincere way of connecting with all of us. Thank you for your reassurance and direction."  C.W.

"You were the one who empowered my son to apply early by encouraging him to take the risk."  J.F.

"I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me. I never could have done it without you!"   A.G.
